After being admitted as a new student or your paperwork is completed in Human Resources as a new employee, an email is sent to your personal email address providing you with your user credentials and further information. Contained in this email is your SE ID number, your username and email address, and the format to determine what your initial password is set to.

If for some reason you have misplaced this email and do not know what your SE ID is, you must contact either the Registrar’s office at (580) 745-2165 or registrar@se.edu, the Information Technology – Support Services at (580) 745-4357, or fill out a support ticket at https://www.se.edu/support/open.php?topicId=18.
